What you're doing is training your abs for endurance, not strength... Try adding weights to bring the series down to 5-8 reps. If you don't have weights, try inclined situps. Works wonders!</description>

		<description>i own an ab lounge sport but when i use it i just dont feel like my abbs are getting a real workout. when i do sit ups on the floor it strains my muscles much harder to do 100 of them on the floor vs 100 on the ab lounger. which is the faster way to get abs? i'm not a large person, i'm average weight and my body can handle the stress of regular sit ups. what do you recommend?</description>
