1.      High Protein Low Carb Diet

If you are thinking that I am going to talk about the Atkins diet, then think again. The Atkins diet is too extreme and risky for most people, so do not even consider doing it. What you should do is go with a high protein diet that uses fruits and vegetables in order to get real natural carbohydrates instead of those processed sugar carbohydrates. Processed sugar carbs are usually worse for your blood and can affect your blood sugar level. This is why it is recommended that you take a more natural approach by gaining your carbs from fruits and vegetables.

2.      The Liquid Diet Plan

This type of dieting plan is usually hard to accomplish because your hunger is not satisfied unless you eat some real solid food. Just think about it. If all you do is drink liquids, then your body will respond by demonstrating immense cravings for real food. You won’t be getting the proteins and carbohydrates that your body needs. Some people fill that all your meals can be supplemented by protein shakes. But protein shakes do not have enough carbohydrates to fill you up and satisfy your body. So what you can do is have 2 small meals a day, in addition to 2 protein shakes that function as separate meals. This way, you will be able to get some real food, while still maintaining your diet plan.
