One of the hardest areas of the body to flatten and get rid of is that area around your waist called the love handles. Apart from doing this, you will never raise your metabolism high enough to start losing love handles and the fatty cells. It is important to keep in mind that spot toning will never be effective and that you must maintain a total body workout to lose weight in this area.
